I accept payment using Paypal, as it’s a safe, secure way of carrying out the transaction for both the seller & buyer. You can also use a credit card via Paypal. I cannot send your purchase until I have received payment in full.
For New Zealand buyers, I also accept direct bank deposit. Contact me if you wish to pay with this method, and I'll send you my bank account details. |

Shipping |

Urgent delivery and insurance are available if requested for an additional cost. If you do not request insurance, you are accepting responsibility of shipping loss or damage.
Within New Zealand - Items are sent via NZ Post Track & Trace. Approximate delivery time is 1-3 days from shipping date.
Overseas - Items are sent via NZ Post International Air. Tracking of international orders is available on request. Approximate delivery time is 3-10 working days from shipping date.
I always send out an email notification to advise when I have sent your purchase.
Allow 2-3 weeks for creation of most jewellery items prior to shipping. With custom orders, you will be advised of the lead time for creation of your jewellery during the design / pricing stage. |

| Refunds and Exchanges |

I want to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase. If for some reason, you find that the item is not to your liking, please notify me within 5 days of receipt of the item.
Once you have sent the item back to me, and I've received it in "saleable" condition, I can refund your payment, less any delivery costs. The cost of returning the item is at the buyer's expense.
I cannot be held responsible if the postal service loses or causes damage to your package. I always ensure the packaging is suitable for the item being sent. |

Gift Wrapping |

All items will be carefully wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a special box, so your jewellery will arrive ready to be given as a gift, or to open for yourself!
A gift card will be included if requested - please contact me to advise of the handwritten note you would like to include inside the card. Card designs vary and have a NZ / Kiwi theme matched to the item of jewellery you have purchased. |
